Because each product is custom-made, slight variations in weave pattern, finish, fitment, and appearance may occur. These variations are considered normal and are not classified as defects.

3. Production & Delivery Times

All products are made to order.

Estimated production time is between 2 to 6 weeks depending on the complexity of the product, order volume, material availability, and production scheduling.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Prime Carbon Fiber is not liable for delays caused by:

• Suppliers
• Shipping carriers
• Customs clearance
• Force majeure events
• Production complications outside our reasonable control

Customers will be informed in case of significant delays.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are listed in the applicable currency and may exclude shipping fees, import duties, taxes, or customs charges unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required before production begins.

5. Custom Orders

By placing a custom order, the customer confirms that all specifications, measurements, and fitment information provided are accurate.

Prime Carbon Fiber is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Custom-made products may not be canceled once production has started.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted in the following situations:

• The product arrives damaged during shipping;
• The product has a manufacturing defect;
• The incorrect product was delivered.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind;
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer;
• Minor cosmetic variations inherent to handcrafted carbon fiber products;
• Improper installation or misuse.

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

To request a return or replacement, the customer must contact Prime Carbon Fiber within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order number;
• Clear photos of the issue;
• Description of the damage or defect.

PrimeCarbon Fiber reserves the right to assess the claim before approving any refund, repair, or replacement.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

7. Shipping Risk

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Prime Carbon Fiber is not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.

8. Installation & Product Use

All products should be installed by qualified professionals.
