All products sold by Prime Carbon Fiber are custom-made carbon fiber parts manufactured specifically per customer order. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Custom-Made Products

All products are made-to-order and require a production time of approximately 2 to 6 weeks depending on:

  • Product complexity
  • Order volume
  • Material availability
  • Custom specifications

Because products are custom manufactured, orders cannot be returned or refunded simply due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect customer choice
  • Delays within the estimated production timeframe
  • Minor cosmetic variations inherent to handmade carbon fiber products

2. Eligible Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged during shipping
  • The item received is defective
  • The item does not properly fit the intended motorcycle model as advertised

To qualify for a return, customers must contact Prime Carbon Fiber within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A detailed description of the issue

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made products without defects
  • Used or installed products
  • Products damaged by improper installation
  • Products modified by the customer
  • Orders with minor cosmetic imperfections typical of handcrafted carbon fiber manufacturing

PrimeCarbonFiber reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund or replacement.

4. Refunds

If a return claim is approved, Prime Carbon Fiber may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the product
  • Repair the product
  • Issue a partial or full refund

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by PrimeCarbonFiber.

5. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The incorrect product was sent
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid additional damage during transport.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours after purchase unless production has already started.

Once manufacturing has begun, cancellation requests may be refused because materials and labor costs have already been incurred.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prime Carbon Fiber is not responsible for:

  • Improper installation
  • Damage caused during installation
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Compatibility issues caused by modified motorcycles
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.
