All products sold on PrimeCarbonFiber.com are made-to-order unless stated otherwise.
Production and processing times typically range between 2 to 6 weeks depending on:

Production time begins once:

All required order details and specifications have been confirmed.
Customers acknowledge that custom manufacturing may occasionally require additional time beyond the estimated production window.
2. Shipping Time
Once production is completed, orders will be shipped using a selected courier service.
Estimated shipping times vary depending on destination country and carrier. Delivery estimates provided by the carrier are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

3. International Shipping & Import Duties

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

8. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours after purchase unless production has already started.
Once production has begun, cancellation requests may be denied or subject to partial reimbursement due to labor and material costs already incurred.
